Аннотация

Пищевая индустрия играет ключевую роль в экономике. Высокий потенциал отрасли и ее вклад в устойчивое развитие раскрывается с помощью хорошей оснащенности передовыми  производственными и управленческими технологиями. В развивающихся странах, включая Индию, данный сектор недостаточно ориентирован на наращивание такого потенциала и использование его эффектов для прогресса.Насыщение экономики инновационным и коммуникационным многообразием придает ей повышенную сложность, нелинейность, взаимосвязанность и взаимозависимость. Подобная синергия имеет два полюса. При правильном управлении и целостном охвате сложных систем она порождает каскад самоусиливающихся положительных процессов развития. Однако при их отсутствии возникают масштабные проблемы, препятствующие переходу на «зеленую» модель развития, которая особенно актуальна для агросектора как одного из основных загрязнителей окружающей среды и триггеров изменения климата.  В статье анализируются взаимосвязи между сложными проблемами, оцениваются их сила влияния, степень зависимости от других факторов. Выявлены «точки приложения» усилий, работа с которыми запустит самоорганизующиеся процессы, позволяющие устранить другие барьеры на пути к целям устойчивого развития.
