Аннотация

Глобальный кризис, спровоцированный пандемией COVID-19, фундаментальным образом трансформировал деятельность отдельных компаний и целых отраслей, оценить долгосрочность последствий для которых пока невозможно. Станут ли эти изменения устойчивыми и сформируют ли деловую среду, в которой отраслевые стимулы — вынуждающие функции (forcing functions) — порождают новые бизнес-возможности? Трансформация предпринимательской практики проанализирована на материале возникшей в ответ на пандемию бесконтактной экономики (low-touch economy). Ее характеристики и особенности рассмотрены на примере тех стимулов, которые уже привели к улучшению условий ведения бизнеса. Эффекты пандемии во многом сходны с традиционными рыночными сигналами, связанными с появлением подрывных технологий, с той разницей, что COVID-19 в равной мере затрагивает все отрасли, т.е. более фундаментален по своим результатам. Кризис, пришедшийся на момент подъема новой шумпетерианской волны (Индустрии 4.0), ускорил распространение ее наиболее значимых черт и характеристик — предвестников (harbingers). Предлагаемая исследовательская и практическая оптика позволяет объективно оценить вероятную продолжительность текущего кризиса и мас­штабы его последствий.
