Аннотация
Вступительная статья к специальному выпуску «Рынок труда в условиях технологических трансформаций» представляет общую картину новейших технологических тенденций, в совокупности именуемых «четвертой промышленной революцией» (Industry 4.0), их влияние на изменение структуры рынка труда и спроса на перспективные компетенции, возникающие вызовы для политики. По мнению автора, достижение устойчивости, адаптивности и эффективности рынков труда не только позволит адекватно реагировать на изменения кадрового спроса, обусловленные прогрессом производственных технологий, но и станет предпосылкой социальной стабильности и консолидации.
