Аннотация
В статье анализируется деятельность индивидуальных предприятий в условиях изменяющейся среды. Эти мельчайшие субъекты предпринимательства сегодня составляют более 50% всех австрийских компаний. Среди них можно выделить особую группу самозанятых граждан, занимающих промежуточное положение между работой по найму и индивидуальной трудовой деятельностью, — так называемых гибридных индивидуальных самозанятых (hybrid solo-self-employed), для большинства из которых самозанятость служит источником дополнительного заработка. Подобные гибридные формы принципиально отличаются от профессионального предпринимательства (regular entrepreneurship) как основного вида экономической деятельности.
Результаты выполненного авторами эмпирического исследования позволяют определить степень гомогенности группы гибридных предпринимателей и глубину различий между ними в терминах человеческого капитала. Полученные данные выявили ряд неоднородностей, в частности, в отношении доходов (как при работе по найму, так и в случае самозанятости), продолжительности и основного места работы. Общий вывод состоит в существенном влиянии фактора образования на некоторые аспекты гибридной самозанятости.
