Аннотация
Вызовы, с которыми сталкиваются исследования будущего, характеризуются особенной сложностью, взаимосвязанностью, противоречивостью и не поддаются разрешению линейными подходами. Прогностическая наука нуждается в инструментах, соответствующих новой контекстуальной сложности, позволяющих охватывать гораздо больший спектр движущих сил и их потенциальных эффектов в нелинейной перспективе, чтобы повысить точность прогнозов и качество стратегий. В статье посредством ретроспективного анализа прогностической науки и Форсайта представлены предпосылки их обогащения концепциями науки о сложности. Рассмотрены актуальные Форсайт-компетенции. Приведены кейсы, которые могут стать практическим руководством в освоении созидательного потенциала сложности в особо нестабильные периоды. Отдельное внимание уделено возникающему мегатренду — нарастанию процессов деглобализации, способных радикально повлиять на реализацию стратегий, разработанных в предыдущие годы. Ключевой вывод, следующий из представленного анализа, — при умелой работе со сложностью раскрывается большой потенциал для созидательного развития.
