Аннотация
Рынки передового производства (ПП) стимулируют глобальное развитие. От их своевременного освоения зависит конкурентоспособность, что становится важнейшим вызовом для современной промышленной политики. В статье обсуждаются структура и динамика рынков ПП, специфика национальных стратегий продвижения на них. Вход на рынки ПП в настоящее время подразумевает разные модели для отдельных стран и отраслей, комбинирующие широкий спектр факторов. Такие подходы динамично осваивают небольшие государства, получая преимущества расширения для наращивания конкурентоспособности, и это создает определенный вызов для высокотехнологичных стран-лидеров, которые медленно корректируют свою промышленную политику. Основа для рынков Индустрии 4.0 пока формируется и ограничивается лишь несколькими государствами, в том числе развивающимися. Представлены страновые кейсы, которые иллюстрируют процесс становления рынков ПП.
Сделан вывод, что в современном контексте больше нет универсальных подходов для формирования успешной промышленной политики. Наиболее действенная стратегия — комбинирование уникальных преимуществ конкретной страны.
