Аннотация

Связь продуктовых и процессных инноваций (ППИ) с динамикой экономических показателей остается в значительной мере эмпирически недоисследованной. Вместе с тем, анализ посвященных этой теме научных публикаций за 2000–2022 гг. показывает существенную международную и межотраслевую дифференциацию эффектов ППИ для производительности, а представленные в литературе результаты имеют ограничения для содержательной интерпретации. Особую ценность в этом контексте приобретает комплексный подход к оценке возможного влияния ППИ на различные аспекты деятельности предприятия и отрасли при формировании государственной инновационной политики. Так, даже незначительные продуктовые инновации могут вносить ощутимый позитивный вклад в рост продаж компании, но не оказывать существенного влияния на производительность труда. Результат внедрения радикальной ресурсосберегающей процессной инновации будет сомнительным, если его оценивать лишь на коротком временном интервале. В статье отстаивается целесообразность пересмотра современных представлений об отраслевых технологических инновациях и выработки новых подходов к их измерению.
