Аннотация

Создание эффективных инновационных экосистем (ИЭС) национального или отраслевого уровня остается сложной и не всегда реализуемой задачей. На примере автомобильной индустрии Бразилии рассмотрен кейс неиспользуемых возможностей для выстраивания сильной ИЭС. Это объясняется невосприимчивостью к новым усложненным конфигурациям подобных экосистем и форматам нетрадиционного взаимодействия, которые они предполагают — новому типу «экологичной» конкуренции и др. Изучен внутренний контекст компаний в отношении практики открытых инноваций. Несмотря на совместные проекты с близкими партнерами по цепочке стоимости, автопроизводители демонстрируют закрытость для внешнего сотрудничества в отличие от игроков из таких отраслей, как аэрокосмическая промышленность или информационные и коммуникационные технологии, которым удалось добиться роста и обеспечить радикальную трансформацию благодаря созданию более широкой ИЭС. Переломить ситуацию сможет только высокая заинтересованность государства в формировании силь­-ной ИЭС.
