Аннотация
Социальное предпринимательство (третичный сектор) все активнее распространяется в мировой экономике и пользуется пристальным вниманием исследователей. Его изучение открывает широкие возможности для тестирования возникающих инструментов политики стимулирования экономического роста и инновационной деятельности в сфере услуг, которая обладает значительным потенциалом и рассматривается как источник дополнительных рабочих мест в предстоящие десятилетия. На примере Италии в статье представлена обширная картина этого явления, рассмотрены драйверы политики в сфере социального предпринимательства и предложена модель для интерпретации эффектов реформы третичного сектора в отношении инновационной деятельности, адаптации технологий и расширения занятости. Представленные результаты могут послужить основой для дальнейшего исследования эволюции социальных предприятий и вносят вклад в развитие теоретических принципов политики стимулирования предпринимательства.
