Аннотация
Эпоха метавселенных ставит перед бизнесом новые вызовы. В статье анализируются эффекты от их возникновения и влияние на потребности компаний. Рассмотрен формирующийся академический дискурс о метавселенных и обобщены результаты полуструктурированных интервью с корпоративными экспертами. Выявлены аспекты метавселенной, способные влиять на корпоративных субъектов, включая стратегические, технологические, кадровые, правовые и этические аспекты. Подчеркивается, что в эпоху метавселенных организациям необходима гибкость, позволяющая быстро адаптироваться к непредсказуемому развитию событий. Чтобы воспользоваться бизнес-возможностями, предоставляемыми метавселенной, компаниям потребуется разработать новые стратегии маркетинга, электронной коммерции и управления человеческими ресурсами. Правовые и этические аспекты метавселенной также важны для политиков, поскольку влияют на бизнес и общество в целом. Настоящее исследование прокладывает дорогу для дальнейшего изучения метавселенной как новой парадигмы бизнеса.
