Аннотация
Дорожные карты — эффективный инструмент, позволяющий принимать решения относительно научно-технологической и инновационной политики в условиях неопределенности. Растет интерес к изучению подходов, позволяющих синтезировать аналитические и экспертные методы при составлении карт. Однако публикаций, посвященных гибридным методикам, пока немного.
В статье предлагается подход к формированию подобных инструментов, протестированный на примере разработки дорожных карт для автомобильной промышленности. Совместно с Hyundai Motor Company создана дорожная карта технологического развития автомобильной индустрии на 10-летний период. Выявлены сферы применения гибридного инструментария и факторы, влияющие на его адаптивность к различным контекстам.
Настоящее исследование вносит вклад в развитие методологии разработки дорожных карт, демонстрируя преимущества гибридного подхода, сочетающего анализ данных и мнения экспертов. Его практическая ценность заключается в том, что представлена процедура формирования корпоративных дорожных карт и предложены варианты реализации Форсайт-процесса в будущем.
