Аннотация
Внедрение культуры «экологической ответственности» становится не просто инструментом брендинга, но и важным фактором развития бизнеса. В статье на примере иранских компаний — автопроизводителей изучаются возможности повышения «экологической результативности» компаний за счет «зеленых» методов управления персоналом. Исследование сочетает опросный и корреляционно-аналитический методы. Выявлено, что совершенствование «зеленых» методов управления человеческими ресурсами, охватывающего такие аспекты, как подбор персонала, обучение и управление производительностью, оказывает положительное и существенное влияние на экологические показатели компаний. Эффективность этой деятельности повышается при использовании новых технологий, таких как системы управления обучением (LMS), облачные вычисления, искусственный интеллект. Применение «зеленых» методов в управлении кадрами стимулирует реализацию корпоративной стратегии устойчивого развития, открывает новые карьерные возможности для сотрудников. Преимущества для компании заключаются в улучшении ее имиджа, растущей востребованности продукции, повышении безопасности производства и, следовательно, внутреннего организационного климата.
