Аннотация
Компании сектора интеллектуальных услуг (ИУ) нацелены на решение разнообразных задач бизнеса. Кризис, вызванный глобальной пандемией коронавирусной инфекции (коронакризис), затронул эти предприятия как напрямую, так и через изменение бизнес-задач их клиентов. В статье на основе ранее опубликованных исследований, материалов профессиональной и отраслевой прессы, экспертных докладов и статистики изучаются стратегии преодоления компаниями сектора ИУ вызовов, порожденных коронакризисом. Вместе с представителями других секторов эти субъекты предоставляют клиентам широкий спектр услуг для реагирования на угрозы, вызванные кризисными событиями (например, соблюдения постоянно меняющихся норм и требований), в интересах долгосрочной устойчивости. Провайдеры ИУ вынуждены трансформировать методы работы, чтобы сократить личные контакты с заказчиками и между участниками проектных групп. Хотя адаптировать стандартизированные и алгоритмизированные услуги сравнительно легко, вопрос о сохранности новых внеофисных форматов производства и обслуживания в посткризисный период остается открытым. Индустрии ИУ отводится важная роль в восстановительном процессе, повышении устойчивости экономики к будущим пандемиям и противодействии усиливающемуся климатическому кризису.
