Аннотация
Развитие коммуникационных онлайн-платформ привело к возникновению феномена гигномики. Новая экономическая модель, охватывающая многообразие форм краткосрочной занятости, быстро распространяется по миру, становится повседневной реальностью и трансформирует рынок труда. В статье проанализированы факторы, влияющие на динамику данного процесса, и его основные эффекты. Проверка основной гипотезы показала, что развитие технологической инфраструктуры, несмотря на свою значимость, не объясняет в полной мере неравномерность проникновения гигномики и вариации ее воздействия на разные секторы, профессии и уровни квалификации.
Драйверы гигномики подлежат дополнительному изучению, однако уже сейчас можно констатировать потребность в адресных мерах по адаптации экономики к новой модели, включая переобучение и создание альтернативных возможностей трудоустройства для «традиционных» работников, уступающих рабочие места гиг-занятым.
