Аннотация
Траектория эволюции информационных технологий (ИТ) предполагает регулирование. Наиболее эффективный механизм управления в этой сфере предлагает методология «задачи управления информационными и смежными технологиями» (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies, COBIT) в актуальной версии 5. В ней концептуализированы факторы управления в сфере ИТ, имеющие критическое значение при принятии решений и разработке стратегии в данной области. Задачей исследования, легшего в основу статьи, было уточнить определения указанных в COBIT-5 факторов, чтобы облегчить управление ИТ в организациях.Рассматриваемые факторы пока недостаточно четко описаны в литературе. Несмотря на всю строгость их характеристики, представленной в COBIT, среди ученых и практиков они порождают сомнения и разногласия. В настоящем исследовании предпринята попытка определить каждый фактор управления ИТ с учетом методологии COBIT-5. Чтобы обеспечить требуемый уровень качества научных результатов, авторы выполнили фильтрацию анализируемых публикаций с применением на разных этапах различных критериев. В контексте поставленной цели авторы предприняли систематический обзор литературы для обобщения и упорядочения имеющихся знаний в рассматриваемой сфере. Полученные результаты могут оказаться полезными в дальнейшем поиске более четкого определения и эффективного использования факторов управления различными технологиями.
