Аннотация
В последние годы широкое распространение получил новый инструмент интеграции инновационной, образовательной и научно-исследовательской деятельности — платформы открытых инноваций. Инновационная деятельность, эволюционируя, становится более гибкой, в нее вовлекаются пользователи. Платформенные модели — ключевой механизм координации этих процессов, обеспечивающий качественно новое пространство для взаимодействия сфер науки, образования и инноваций. Участники платформ получают возможность обмениваться знаниями и использовать городскую среду как «живую лабораторию».
В статье на примере региона Тампере (Финляндия) рассматривается роль платформ в реализации совместных инновационных проектов в рамках модели «умного города». Функции платформ в координировании инновационной деятельности иллюстрируются практиками трех университетов, реализующих стратегию «треугольника знаний». Исходные данные для анализа кейсов были получены в рамках реализуемого в Финляндии проекта «Стратегия шести городов» (Six Cities Strategy). Авторы руководствовались принципом «вовлеченности в действие» (participatory action research), непосредственно участвуя в экспертных мероприятиях по разработке стратегии.
Представленные кейсы проанализированы с позиций вклада в создание платформы открытых инноваций в плане как академического развития, так и формирования политики, приводятся предварительные рекомендации.
