Аннотация
Трансфер технологий (ТТ) выступает ключевым каналом преобразования технологических знаний, создаваемых государственными научно-исследовательскими институтами (НИИ) и университетами, в инновации. Разные организации применяют различные модели и методы TT и постоянно совершенствуют их. Для индонезийских НИИ и университетов наиболее характерна классическая модель распространения технологических знаний, имеющая ряд недостатков, из-за которых эффективность ТТ остается невысокой. К настоящему времени удалось успешно коммерциализировать и превратить в инновации лишь немногие технологии, тогда как результаты большинства исследований ограничиваются публикациями и регистрацией интеллектуальной собственности. Повышение эффективности TT требует совершенствования указанной модели.В настоящей статье на основе анализа кейсов концептуализирована интегрированная модель ТТ. Она предполагает холистический подход к ТТ и его компонентам с учетом таких взаимосвязанных аспектов, как создание, распространение и абсорбция знаний. В отличие от существующей концепции, разграничивающей эти аспекты, внедрение рассматриваемой модели позволит интегрировать субъектов ТТ в различные измерения данного процесса и расширить применяемый в нем инструментарий, что положительно отразится на его эффективности.
