Аннотация
Для реализации вклада университетов в развитие региональных инновационных систем не существует универсальных правил. Многое зависит от контекста страны, ресурсов того или иного региона и социокультурной специфики. Рассматриваемая тема в статье раскрывается на примере технологического университета Индии, расположенного в крупном регионе со сложившимися традициями и культурой производства. В реализации третьей миссии университета ключевую роль сыграла специальная прокси-организация, обеспечившая эффективную коммуникацию между стейкхолдерами, вовлечение разных слоев населения в инновационную систему и совместную разработку технологий. Авторы предлагают интерактивную модель, позволяющую университетам разрабатывать новые технологические решения для предприятий.
