Аннотация
Тема динамических способностей (dynamic capabilities) за последние годы приобрела новое звучание. Как и другие компетенции высшего порядка, такие способности обеспечивают постоянное обновление знаний, гибкую рекомбинацию ресурсов, адаптацию к быстро меняющейся среде. Их ключевым элементом выступает работа с будущим, начиная с базовых навыков грамотности в отношении будущего — futures literacy (FL). Поскольку данная компетенция служит основополагающей для кадрового потенциала организаций, целесообразно начинать ее развитие уже в рамках университетских программ. Удовлетворению этой насущной потребности длительное время препятствовало отсутствие объективных инструментов, позволяющих измерять степень освоения FL. Авторы статьи восполняют описанный пробел, предлагая инновационный подход к выявлению и стандартизации оценки компетенции FL. В работе представлены шесть теоретических аспектов FL в качестве основы для группировки соответствующих метрик, выставления итоговых оценок и их интерпретации. Эти аспекты — субкомпетенции «предвидение», «оценка будущих сценариев» и «принятие решений в условиях неопределенности» — могут быть описаны независимо друг от друга. Возможность измерять исходный уровень FL позволит разрабатывать более эффективные образовательные программы по культивированию данной компетенции.
