Аннотация

В статье на материале динамики предпринимательства в Чехии, Венгрии, Польше и Словакии исследуется влияние пандемии COVID-19 на деловой климат Центральной Европы. Анализ опирается на данные Евростата за три года с момента начала «коронакризиса», включая индикаторы индивидуального предпринимательства и структурную бизнес-статистику. Статистическое тестирование и многомерные регрессионные модели выявили рост показателей предпринимательской активности в сравнении с допандемийным уровнем, за некоторыми исключениями. Наибольший подъем отмечен в информационно-коммуникационных секторах, что обусловлено переходом экономической и социальной жизни в онлайн. Коронакризис продемонстрировал стимулирующий эффект внешних шоков для освоения новых бизнес-возможностей и развития предпринимательства. Показано, что пандемия ускорила внедрение предпринимателями цифровых процессов и технологий.
