Аннотация
Несмотря на завершение перехода от плановой к рыночной экономике в большинстве государств Центральной и Восточной Европы (ЦВЕ) за последнюю четверть века, социалистическое наследие этих стран оказывает долгосрочное влияние на их развитие. Авторы оценивают прогресс этих экономик в интеграции и совершенствовании экосистемы цифрового предпринимательства (ЭЦП) и выявляют его специфические исторически обусловленные черты. При анализе эволюции ЭЦП авторы статьи применяют композитный индекс, рассчитанный для 170 стран. Согласно полученным выводам, лидирующие позиции в данном отношении занимают западные страны, не входящие в Европейский союз (ЕС), за которыми следуют члены ЕС. Страны ЦВЕ по уровню развития ЭЦП сравнялись с большинством государств Южной Европы; сходные результаты показывают также бывшие советские республики и балканские страны вне ЕС. Анализ субиндексов и направлений индекса ЭЦП выявил, что вариативность показателей по европейским странам обусловлена спецификой их текущего экономического состояния, а не эхом социалистического прошлого. В статье представлен детальный профиль российской экономики, объясняющий ее скромные результаты в развитии ЭЦП.
