Аннотация
К середине 2020-х годов традиционные методологии стратегического прогнозирования продемонстрировали свою ограниченную применимость в условиях нарастающей сложности и неопределенности глобальных процессов. В статье предпринимается попытка преодолеть эти ограничения, в частности через отказ от ранее применявшейся модели конуса будущего (Futures Cone, FC). Исследование базируется на концептуальном анализе с опорой на системное мышление, науки о сложности и принципы совместного проектирования (participatory design). В качестве альтернативы предлагается новая аналитическая рамка адаптивной сетевой модели (Adaptive Futures Mesh, AFM), обеспечивающей более эффективное управление неопределенностью благодаря учету «неизвестных неизвестных» переменных.
AFM визуализирует каскадные воздействия с акцентом на человеческой агентности, а работа с петлями обратной связи позволяет адаптироваться к меняющимся условиям. К ограничениям исследования относится отсутствие эмпирической проверки AFM и вероятные затруднения при внедрении в различных контекстах. Вместе с тем, она обладает значительным потенциалом по оптимизации практики стратегического планирования. С ее помощью организации смогут выйти за узкие рамки прогнозирования, повышая готовность к будущему и стратегическую устойчивость в условиях сложности и поликризиса.
