Аннотация

В контексте повсеместного распространения цифровой экономики организации сталкиваются с необходимостью перехода на эту модель посредством цифровой трансформации (ЦТ). При правильном проведении ЦТ достигаются существенные преимущества с точки зрения поддержания устойчивости и конкурентоспособности в постоянно меняющейся среде. Подобные преобразования выходят за рамки простого внедрения передовых технологий и предполагают управление процессами повышенной сложности, глубокую рекомбинацию бизнес-процессов, структур, методов внешних коммуникаций и др. Однако указанные факторы не учитываются большинством организаций. Другими словами, ЦТ недооценивается с точки зрения сложности, продолжительности и интенсивности адаптационного напряжения. Подобные преобразования удаются «с первой попытки» только 10–20% организаций, причем крупные компании терпят неудачу чаще всего.

В настоящем исследовании анализируются причины, по которым большинство инициатив ЦТ не достигают поставленных целей. Особый акцент делается на связи цифровых компетенций руководителей с результативностью технологических реформ. С этой целью проанализирован массив релевантных публикаций по теме ЦТ за последние пять лет. Согласно выводам, большинство организаций вступают в ЦТ без надлежащей подготовки в виде заблаговременного пересмотра компетенций и корпоративной культуры, выхода за рамки устоявшихся моделей мышления и поведения, которые прежде обеспечивали конкурентоспособность, но в новом контексте перестают работать. Сформулированы принципы, повышающие шансы на успешные цифровые преобразования. Статья вносит вклад в растущий объем знаний по методам управления в условиях трансформационных переходов.
