The international peer-reviewed journal Foresight and STI Governance published by the HSE ISSEK has been included in the first tier of the updated White List – the Unified State List of Academic Publications (USLAP).
The journal serves as a discussion platform for experts in the fields of foresight, strategic forecasting and planning, science and technology development, and innovation policy.
The White List serves as a tool for assessing researchers’’ performance and the quality of publications in Russia. It is approved by the Interdepartmental Working Group under the RF Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The updated list comprises 3,120 journals, 634 of which are classified as Tier I.
The main difference in the new version of the USLAP is that researchers’ publication activity will be primarily assessed by publications in domestic journals. Expert assessments by relevant branches of the Russian Academy of Sciences were taken into account when compiling the list.
