Foresight and STI Governance published by the HSE ISSEK, was included in the “Emerging Sources Citation Index” (Web of Science Core Collection).

The decision was made by the Expert Board of Clarivate Analytics – the WoS holding company.

Since 2015 Foresight and STI Governanceis indexed by the Russian Science Citation Index which also belongs in the Web of Science platform, but with a predominantly regional status. Inclusion in the “Emerging Sources Citation Index” moves the journal into the Web of Science “core” – which will certainly strengthen its positions in international rankings, make it even more influential and thus more attractive to authors the world over.

The journal’s success is a proof that the editorial board’s targeted efforts to select the highest-quality papers by international and Russian authors, publish the journal strictly on time, increase its visibility on the international arena through participation in academic publications databases (such as Scopus, ProQuest, EBSCO, etc.), and in other areas are paying off.

We’ve already wrote that in 2016 Foresight and STI Governance has moved up to the second place in the RSCI ranking in the rather large “Economics, Economic Science” category which comprises more than 3,500 editions.

Since 2015 all papers in the journal’s Russian- and English-language versions ae freely available at its website, or via mobile applications (download them from AppStore or Google Play).
