Аннотация
В статье оцениваются подходы к управлению региональными предпринимательскими экосис-темами для выявления факторов, способствующих развитию быстрорастущего предпринимательства. Сформирована уникальная база статистики по динамично развивающимся польским компаниям и региональным экосистемам за 2011–2018 гг. С помощью иерархической кластеризации по основным компонентам и таксономического анализа выявлена связь различных управленческих моделей с производительностью быстрорастущих компаний. Предложенные концепции производительного быстрорастущего предпринимательства и управленческих схем углубляют представление о рассматриваемых явлениях, повышают точность их оценки. Используемый подход на основе профилирования и конфигурации отражает разнородность моделей управления предпринимательскими экосистемами и результатов их реализации и может быть воспроизведен в других контекстах. Уникальность исследования заключается в анализе взаимосвязи темпов роста предприятий и методов управления экосистемами. Исследование вносит теоретический и практический (с точки зрения разработки политики) вклад в изучение предпринимательских экосистем и факторов роста компаний.
