Аннотация
Обсуждаются новые аспекты конкурентной и стратегической разведки (КСР), связанные с территориальным развитием. Особое внимание уделено эпигенетической роли информации, которая позволяет организациям и индивидам обрести иную перспективу и овладеть новыми способами мышления. Проанализированы проблема региональной безопасности и различные подходы к ее решению. Распространение механизмов КСР на территориальном уровне способствует расширению существующего административного инструментария, в том числе за счет разработки локальных проектов, поддерживаемых местными жителями. Подчеркивается необходимость объяснять и демонстрировать альтернативные варианты территориального развития для достижения максимального консенсуса. Рассмотрен феномен COVID-19, породивший экономические, социальные и политические обстоятельства и связанные с ними вызовы, требующие новых подходов к КСР и переосмысления ее роли.
