Аннотация
В статье представлено теоретическое обоснование национальной системы социальных инноваций (НССИ), проиллюстрированное эмпирическими данными на примере Ashoka — крупного поставщика наукоемких социальных услуг во Франции. Анализ его деятельности выявил разветвленную и прочную сеть организаций, создающих социальные инновации, которая отвечает характеристикам НССИ. Рассмотрены различия между национальной инновационной системой (НИС) и НССИ. Ядро НССИ состоит из небольшого числа высокотехнологичных предприятий, координация которых, в отличие от НИС, осуществляется преимущественно по принципу «снизу вверх».
