Аннотация
В кризисных ситуациях крупные компании вынуждены превентивно адаптироваться к радикальному изменению внешней среды с учетом действий партнеров и конкурентов. Пандемия COVID-19 стала таким трансформирующим контекстом, ускорив цифровизацию различных сфер экономики. В статье проанализирована деятельность крупнейших банков, выводящих на российский рынок новые услуги на основе цифровых технологий. Предлагая такие услуги, банки формируют комплексные высокотехнологичные платформы, не связанные с основным профилем деятельности, прежде всего образовательные и медицинские, базирующиеся на сложных роботизированных и блокчейн-решениях. В силу вышеописанной тенденции трансфер знаний и технологий из других отраслей для запуска финансовых инноваций становится ключевым стратегическим активом.
