Аннотация
Актуальные политические и научные дискуссии вокруг перспектив рынков труда преимущественно сосредоточены на профессиях, которые окажутся востребованными в будущем. Автор пытается отойти от подобного подхода, предлагая в качестве более реалистичного сценарий, при котором потребность в рабочих местах отпадет в принципе. В статье представлены основные драйверы, лежащие в основе такого сценария, включая распространение автоматизации и технологий искусственного интеллекта, изменение систем персональных ценностей и размывание границ между рабочей и иными сферами жизни индивида. Однако воспрепятствовать реализации этого сценария могут серьезные барьеры, связанные с традиционно ключевой ролью работы в жизни общества. И хотя уже сегодня предпринимаются шаги по их устранению, переход к «будущему без работы» может растянуться на несколько десятилетий. К преодолению возможных преград на пути подобного перехода необходимо начинать готовиться уже сейчас. В частности, представляется необходимым инициировать масштабные обсуждения политики, связанной с будущим посттруда (post-work), создать программы управления переходом к нему, стимулировать поиск цели жизни и индивидуальное планирование будущего.
