Аннотация
В статье анализируются факторы, стимулирующие либо препятствующие трансферу технологий из университетов в промышленность, и их значение для наращивания предпринимательского потенциала. Представленное исследование — одно из первых, в которых изучение поставленного вопроса выходит за рамки высокотехнологичных секторов. Информационной основой послужили результаты опроса представителей малых и средних предприятий одного из секторов легкой промышленности Перу. Установлено, что способность к освоению новых знаний и технологий положительно связана с осознанием преимуществ от их трансфера и препятствий для этого процесса, тогда как активность в выстраивании сети коммуникаций от указанных факторов не зависит. Основными барьерами для передачи технологий являются опасения возможной утечки информации и отсутствие необходимых компетенций. Выводы исследования могут оказаться полезными для лиц, принимающих решения в области научно-технологической и инновационной политики.
