Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются программы научных исследований, нацеленные на решение социальных проблем. Соответствующим инструментарием в последние годы пополнился арсенал инновационной политики. Поддержку научных исследований и инновационной деятельности уже повсеместно стали воспринимать в качестве эффективного средства не только стимулирования экономического роста, но и целенаправленного поиска ответов на социальные вызовы. Вместе с тем вопрос о том, как именно общественные цели могут быть достигнуты с помощью тех или иных мер поддержки, остается вне фокуса проблемно ориентированной модели инновационной политики. Эта тема не получила отражения и в научной литературе. Автором предложена схема межстранового анализа взаимосвязи политики и результатов ее реализации с исследовательскими программами на примере нескольких из них, нацеленных на поиск ответов на социальные вызовы.
