Аннотация
Статья посвящена общенациональному форсайт-исследованию «ФинСайт 2015», выполненному Академией Финляндии и Национальным агентством финансирования технологий и инноваций. Главной целью исследования было предоставление наиболее полной и достоверной информации разработчикам национальной стратегии. Для этого были созданы пять Стратегических центров передового опыта в области науки и техники. Авторы рассматривают политический контекст исследования, организационные структуры, методологию и ключевые результаты ФинСайта, а также анализируют его влияние на последующие изменения в сфере политики. ФинСайт оценивается с четырех точек зрения, что, возможно, будет полезно при планировании других подобных исследований. При проведении исследования были применены инновационные методологические подходы, сочетающие в себе и самостоятельную работу членов экспертных панелей (при активном использовании средств Интернета), и групповые совещания в ходе заранее подготовленных рабочих семинаров.
