Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор научных работ, посвященных инновационной деятельности в сфере услуг. Выделяется ряд подходов, в разное время доминировавших среди исследователей. Рост инноваций в сервисной индустрии привел к тому, что наиболее ранний — «традиционный» — подход практически утратил свое влияние. В настоящее время большинство исследователей придерживаются одной из двух концепций: ассимиляционизма или демаркационизма. Первая предполагает, что к сервисным инновациям применимы инструменты оценки и политики, характерные для обрабатывающей промышленности; вторая акцентируется на специфических характеристиках индустрии услуг, ее сторонники настаивают на введении специальных оценочных методов и политических мер. По мнению автора, наиболее перспективен синтетический подход, сочетающий черты двух указанных концепций. Он облегчит оценку инновационных процессов, позволит учесть экономические тренды, которые могут упускаться из виду частными подходами, разработать комплексные программы подготовки кадров и многостороннюю инновационную политику.
