Аннотация

Поставщики наукоемких бизнес-услуг играют роль проводников инноваций в производстве. В статье на примере испанской области Баскония изучается профессиональная структура занятости в таких компаниях, их спрос на навыки персонала, оцениваются роль среднего профессионального образования в их развитии и потенциал обладателей соответствующих квалификаций. Рассматриваются три типа квалификационных несоответствий — вертикальное, горизонтальное и компетентностное. Использованы данные вторичных источников, обследования сервисных компаний и интервью с их руководителями. Установлено, что вклад обладателей дипломов среднего профессионального образования особенно значим для сегмента технологических услуг. Подобные специалисты способны стать ключевым звеном в цифровой трансформации производственных и сервисных предприятий.
