Аннотация
В контексте ускоряющихся перемен и неопределенности университеты не успевают обновлять свои образовательные программы, обогащать их новыми знаниями и практиками. Форсайт-компетенции и «работа с будущим» в целом сегодня приобретают особую актуальность. Однако обмен знаниями между вузовской наукой и предпринимательской сферой в этом плане остается ограниченным.
В статье представлены результаты международного проекта beFORE по развитию Форсайт-навыков и футурологической грамотности (futures literacy), в рамках которого разработан специальный образовательный курс как возможное решение для расширения вузовских программ. Компетенции, транслируемые в рамках предлагаемого курса, актуальны и применимы в разных направлениях, при том что он создавался с ориентацией на предпринимательский сектор, университетских преподавателей и студентов.
В ходе исследования выявлены два блока компетенций — общие и специальные, которые тесно связаны между собой. Представленный курс обладает гибкой структурой. Его модули можно изучать в любом порядке и адаптировать к потребностям разных категорий учащихся. Предусмотрен набор готовых обучающих траекторий, которые могут служить ориентиром.
